However, she has credited her father as being the one who gave her the motivation to work to get fit. His grandfather was an active bodybuilder when the time he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley has been physically active from the time she was a young girl. She started swimming lessons when she was age four, and continued for the next 10 years. Ashley entered many competitions but was never determined because her body wasn't ready to follow a strict diet. Though she'd been getting invitations to shoot photos while competing, Ashley did not want her career and modeling to become confused. Now that she quit competing, she turned into an exercise model. The front cover of one of the most popular fitness magazines launched her profession as a fitness model. In the past, she gained a lot of attention as a model.
